"Extraordinary times call for extraordinary measures", as we have all witnessed in the recent past, and the struggles have had a knock-on effect on the workplace and our teams, especially to our younger members who have not experienced adversity of this magnitude before. In this backdrop, we have the pleasure of announcing that Neochem Family has once again joined the list makers who have made the list of 15 Best Workplaces for Millennials in Sri Lanka - 2022. Our team was both celebrated and recognized at the CXO breakfast briefing themed "The GenY Factor in the Workplace" conducted by the The Great Place to Work team on 06th September at Hilton Colombo.
